UK Express Delivery: Free delivery within 1–2 working days.
International Delivery: Free delivery within 5–7 working days.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

• Please notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the item.
• You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• UK Returns: Free return shipping.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. While we accept returns from international customers, we cannot refund customs charges as these are collected by your local customs authority, not by us.
• Final Sale Discount International Orders – Optional Final Sale Discount Customers outside the UK may choose a one-time 20% discount. Orders placed with this discount are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive your return.

Exchanges: Exchanges depend on stock availability. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
