UK Express Delivery: Free delivery within 1–2 working days.
International Delivery: Free delivery within 5–7 working days.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

• Please notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the item . 
  

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt.                                                                    

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

• UK Returns: Free return shipping.

• International Returns:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. While we accept returns from international customers, we cannot refund customs charges as these are collected by your local customs authority, not by us.

   

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
