Delivery Policy

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days, £4.95 (Free for orders over £150).
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days, £7.95.
International Delivery: 7-14 working days, from £15.00.
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Tracking provided upon dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

• Return within 14 days of receipt, items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags.
• UK Returns: £3.95 deducted from your refund for return shipping.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.
Exchanges: Based on availability; best to reorder and return the original item.
